SANITISING CHEMICAL
Our highly concentrated triple-action biocide solution is specially formulated to deliver complete sanitisation of cow teats and dairy equipment. Designed for speed and efficiency, it ensures a total kill of harmful pathogens, helping you achieve better on-farm hygiene and improved results.
The chemical flow rate can be precisely adjusted via electronic pumps, while the integrated control unit continuously monitors both water and chemical flow. If either falls below the set parameters, the system immediately alerts the user.
You can also track daily usage of water and chemical, with 14-day statistics available for easy record-keeping and performance analysis.

The process
Sanicleanse Auto uses a live tracking camera that utilises 3D vision to identify teat locations and carry out the wash and dry routine in a fast pace routine. The arm identifies teat location quickly and accurately which in turn enhances animal welfare with consistent results every time. The system is pin code protected for farmer and engineer logins.

The machinery
The robot is suspended from a steel pillar to enhance the life cycle and enable washdowns to be completed. The system has customisable settings that alert when a service is due or when brushes need changing.

The control unit
The system comes with a 9. inch colour touchscreen control unit and remote access for engineers and farm owners/managers.
