From first use of the system, the evidence of it’s benefits can be immediately identified in the cleanliness of the milk filter at the end of your milking. The three brushes target all sides of the teat, ensuring a complete cleaning procedure is carried out. Cross-contamination between cows is eliminated as the brush is automatically sanitised between each teat and each cow.

How it works

Phase 1
Warm water chemical mix loosens any dirt and massages the teat to stimulate milk let-down, while killing bacteria on the teat.

Phase 2
The two top brushes clean and sanitise the total area of the teat, controlling environmental pathogens, while also stimulating for a faster let-down.

Phase 3
The larger brush focuses on cleaning and sanitising the orifice of the teat canal, with a triple-action biocide.

Phase 4
Brushes spin without liquid to dry the teat. Optional AirPrep blows air around the teat to improve efficiency of drying period.

How long does the tank last?
The tank is 25 litres and will last approximately 150 cows. The tank requires manual refilling and mixing of the hot water and quick kill disinfectant

How long does the charge last?
The battery charge lasts up to 10 hours. The Mobile Unit comes with a fast charger that can recharge in 4 hours.

Whats the difference between the cart and an installed system?
Being battery operated you only have the option for our electric system – Teat Sanicleanse. It does not have AirPrep (air drying) capability.
